How much is each session?
$40.00 per Introductory Session. - In home $50.00, minimum 2 people or $60.00 for 1 person

What do I need?
Just yourself, a towel, a swimsuit and your whole load of stress to release it on us!
We do have
shower caps and a hair blower for your convenience as well as water to drink,
as a spa often activates your thirst mechanism.
We
do not provide towels for hygienic purposes and
allergy sensitivity issues .
**Do note that it is advisable not to spa on an empty stomach, or for at least 2 hours after meals. Please do make sure you have liquids and food within 4 hours prior to a spa session as you are getting passive exercise.
What can I expect in 15min?
In your first Oxygen Spa Session
After 5 minutes – your blood pressure starts to drop. and pulse rate start to increase.
After 10 minutes – your circulation
improves in your hands and feet making them warmer.
After 15 minutes –
your muscles will relax becoming more receptive to passive exercise, fibrous
tissue becomes more pliable and responsive to stretching, encouraging the
release of lactic acid and other toxins from your system. Your aches and
pains will experience a temporary decrease in severity.
Further Sessions
After 3 Sessions – your immune system
will be improved.
After 5 Sessions
– tension, emotional and physical pain will noticeably be reduced.
After 10 Sessions
– your pain relief will be longer lasting; you’ll experience a greater sense of
well-being.
After 20 Sessions –
you will have a heightened tolerance to disease and depression, your skin will
be clearer and glow with health and your muscle tone and mobility will improve.
Maximum benefit is received from consistent sessions, ideally daily, but at most no more than 48 hours apart. The greater the time between sessions the longer it takes to achieve the above indicated results. Maintenance levels vary but 2 -3 spa's a week are often sufficient.
If you have specific health concerns we may require approval from your physician prior to any sessions as only they can assess your specific situation.
